This policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds are applicable at Kamour.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Approved cancellations within this period will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may request a return or exchange only as per our Return & Exchange Policy if the product qualifies as damaged, expired, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued only for successful cancellations made before shipping.
Refunds are not provided for post-delivery returns.
For eligible post-delivery issues, the resolution offered will be:
Replacement of the product, or
Store credit for future purchases
Refunds after delivery are granted only in exceptional cases and at Kamour’s sole discretion.
