We do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered to customers as soon as possible. We follow a process to ensure that all orders are shipped properly and get delivered within the timeline.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 5–7 days by our shipping partner.
Customers will receive an order confirmation call from the customer support team to verify and confirm the customer’s address.
Once confirmed, orders are shipped within 2–3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
If a customer isn’t available via call and hasn’t confirmed their order, we make up to 2 more attempts before dispatching the order; otherwise, we may cancel the order.

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
